What to Expect at Your First Visit
Please print and fill out these forms so we can expedite your first visit:
New to podiatry? No worries—we’re here to make your first visit smooth and stress-free. Here’s what happens when you come see us:
When you arrive, our friendly team will greet you and collect some basics—your ID, insurance info (if you’ve got it), and a short health history form. This helps us tailor your care right from the start.
Your podiatrist will chat with you about what’s bothering your feet or ankles. Pain? Swelling? Something else? We’ll ask a few questions to get the full picture—don’t hold back!
We’ll take a close look at your feet and ankles. You might stand, walk a bit, or let us check your shoes. It’s all quick and generally painless, just enough to figure out what’s up.
No confusing medical talk here. We’ll explain what we find and suggest next steps—maybe exercises, custom inserts, or simple advice. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and why.
Got something on your mind? Ask away! We want you to feel good about your visit and your care plan.
If you need a follow-up or extra tests (like an MRI), we’ll lay it out clearly. Most visits take 30-45 minutes, depending on what you’re here for.
Bring a list of meds you’re on and wear your usual shoes—we might check them out!
Ready for healthier feet? We can’t wait to help you get started.
